What is an alternative fulfilment?

The alternative fulfilment is the optimal way to meet the ratio of PWD employees required for all private and public companies with 25 or more employees.

For 2021, the average salary for the 1st to 3rd quarters was announced by the Czech Statistical Office at CZK 42,427CZK. It is this value that has been used for the alternative fulfilment for 2023.

The Calculator of Alternative Fulfilment provides an indicative value for the alternative fulfilment in 2024. The exact calculation will be possible when the Czech Statistical Office announces the average salary for the 1st to 3rd quarter of 2024. You can calculate already now how much approximately you will save in 2024.
